I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 8, line 22, strike ``and''. Page 9, line 3, strike the period and insert ``; and''. Page 9, after line 3, insert the following new clause: ``(v) any affiliation of the foreign source to an organization that is designated as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189).''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 906, the gentleman from New York (Mr. Molinaro) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New York.
