I introduced the Think DIFFERENTLY Initiative and Think DIFFERENTLY About Disability Employment Act, to help small businesses address accessibility issues for employees with disabilities.

Since 9/11 of 2001, we have talked about interoperability and shared communication, and we have failed significantly.

I assure you that I had opposed that theory last week and would continue to do so this week.
