I was so pleased that the 914th at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station was chosen to convert to a KC-135 mission.

Can I have your commitment that you will work with my staff to make sure that if you do need additional authorities, we put that in the NDAA [National Defense Authorization Act] so that you have the authorities you need?

Will you commit with my office to work with the relevant local authorities to address any adverse consequences resulting from the negotiations that were ongoing at Gabreski?

How can the United States leverage our cyber and other capabilities to prevent Russian interference in not only our elections but those of allies and partners?

Do you believe that there is a coherent plan in place to allow the Federal Government, in coordination with state and local governments, to respond to major cyber attacks on the country and to escalate the response as appropriate?

New York is particularly vulnerable because, according to the American Society of Civil Engineers, we are actually eighth in the Nation when it comes to high hazard potential dams.

This bill does let families choose when it is best for the family to move, and not only when it is convenient for the service from the point of view of the service and national security.

They are only included if they filed an unrestricted report, but they are not surveyed.

I have been requesting sexual assault case files from four of the largest U.S. bases--one per service.

In 2015, FAP counted 5,378 child abuse and neglected victims in military families, but claimed they only received reports on approximately 25 percent of the cases.

So we updated the legislation in response to their concerns.

I think everyone begs and pleads and gets a no.

Our men and women in uniform are our greatest asset and resource.

I would urge you to look at what is happening in your own services and make recommendations because I would like to include them in the survey.
