What specifically are each of your services doing to end retaliation against sexual-assault survivors who report those crimes?

So, even the services--tell me, how is it going? Have we prosecuted any yet? If we have a rate so high, we need to start prosecuting it as the crime that it is.

Our families, as I mentioned, are our priority, as well.

I can't fix these problems unless I can prove to the DOD and my colleagues that they exist.

I remain concerned about the pace of accessing and signing women into all military occupations and units that were previously denied to them.

Do you think this is going to impact transgender servicemembers?

The reported retaliation rate against survivors has consistently been around 60 percent, which is deeply troubling.

What strategies have you employed to ensure the effectiveness of combat integration?

Constant rotation...causes stress on our force.

I'm concerned about, not just divorce rates, but also domestic violence rates and suicide rates that you've all talked about today.

Can I have a letter from each one of your services outlining exactly when prosecutors are consulted?

It's a tough question.

We need to address the challenges faced by our service members and their families.

I think it's a unique opportunity for this population, one that the Boots to Business Program and the ability of spouses to take advantage of that has to remain central to how we think about transitioning families out of the military.
