I transmit the accompanying report from the Secretary of State, in relation to the resolution of the House of Representatives of the 12th ultimo, on the subject of claims of citizens of the United States on the Government of Hayti.
The information called for the reply is in the course of preparation and will be without doubt communicated at the commencement of the next session of Congress.
