John Katko: “We do not oppose flights to and from Cuba. That is not my job, OK?”

It is our job to do oversight and sometimes it is unpleasant. But the bottom line is we must never forget that you are at the head of keeping this country safe.

I want to thank the Chairman for holding this very important hearing on the cyber and physical threats facing our Nation's critical infrastructure.

Why didn't you implement the six pillars then? Why did you wait for 14 or 16 months to implement these things?

These people shouldn't be let off the hook. They have let the people of Jackson down, the people in Mississippi down, just like they did in Flint.
