If these programs keep children from going to bed hungry at night, I think we should continue them.

we do need to fund what works, and that is fund the social safety net programs that help people.

we should be pursuing government policies that reduce effects of global warming.

I think we, as a government, should do what we can to help lift them out of that, and that includes helping parents work.
