I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 42, after line 12, insert the following: SEC. 336. REPORT ON NATIONAL SECURITY COOPERATION BETWEEN UNITED STATES, INDIA, AND ISRAEL. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees a report on possibilities for growing national security cooperation between the United States, India, and Israel. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 315, the gentleman from New York (Mr. Crowley) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New York.
