I will ask that as well. What of the example I gave you of a family of four earning $88,000 a year who gets a bonus--how many here have heard of a bonus of $250? They get a bonus because they worked hard. They get that bonus and they are in the 401 percentile of the Federal poverty level. They get a bill from the IRS for $4,460. What part of that is not a tax increase?
