I thank my friend, the gentlewoman from Ohio, for being here this evening to have this Special Order to speak on an issue of such magnitude, of importance to we the people of the United States, important to the world, that we never forget what took place: the horror, the utter destruction of humankind during the Holocaust, but, in particular, the focus of that destruction upon the Jewish race. Further parliamentary inquiry. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentleman from New York will state his parliamentary inquiry.
