Reclaiming my time, sir, I think they do understand. We do not have a problem with the present law. But of course this bill would change the present law and what the Christian Legal Society and the National Association of Evangelicals are saying and what other religious groups that I have been speaking to in the last few days have said to me, is that making mandatory rule 11 sanctions, making it mandatory would have a chilling effect in this area. It may have a chilling affect in other areas and we are not talking about them. We do not have a problem with frivolous suits in civil rights and other areas and they are looking at pushing the envelop and they are very concerned about that.
