Yes, Mr. Speaker, I am most certainly opposed to the bill. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the motion to recommit. The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Nadler moves to recommit the bill H.R. 748 to the Committee on the Judiciary with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendment: Page 5, line 5, insert after ``(a)'' the following: ``, other than a parent who caused the minor to become pregnant as a result of rape or incest''. Page 9, line 2, insert after ``(a)'' the following: ``, other than a parent who caused the minor to become pregnant as a result of rape or incest''. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to the rule, the gentleman from New York (Mr. Nadler) is recognized for 5 minutes.
