I would like to explain that. First of all, I offered the amendment for the first time 3 years ago, and we have adopted it 3 years running. These organizations have supported my amendment. They recognize the wisdom of it. I appreciate their recognition. The fact that one disagrees with someone on a lot of things does not mean one disagrees on everything.
