My question is this: According to principles of this resolution and of the draft legislation introduced by the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Sensenbrenner) and the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Conyers), if that were to pass, do you think that would prevent or would have prevented the seizure of land for the Texas Rangers baseball stadium and it would prevent the seizure of land for the Washington National baseball stadium?”
