Congress, as a whole, has done nothing to address the Southern border.

The decision sets a terrible precedent. Either way, the decision is a sad commentary on the priorities of the Republican majority.

The Democrats didn't care about the border crisis for the last three years of this Administration, and now they care.

Joe Biden does not need Congress. He doesn't need Congress to do anything to address this crisis.
