My understanding of the grant consolidation proposal is that it will add efficiencies.

I believe, first and foremost, that our priorities in the Arctic surround increasing commerce there.

I believe that overall, it is a very worthwhile program.

I think consolidation of data centers and other resources we have to achieve efficiencies is important.

We need to replace it.

I think comprehensive immigration reform is critical as a matter of Homeland Security.

I mean, to answer your question, though, I do see a national security value to having certain basic standards that go into how someone obtains a driver's license.

The quicker you can complete the project, the more efficient the cost.

I have looked at it, I have read it, I support it, and our critical infrastructure folks support it.
