Even though the tax cuts that we are giving are not as great as they should be, I think they are kind of like popcorn. You just cannot eat just a little. When the American people just get a touch of what it is like for the Federal Government to get their hand out of their pocket just a little bit and they are able to keep more of their money, they will want more. I think it will feed on itself.
