Now I have got one question. Who among us who makes $40,000 a year can afford to meet the staggering burden of a death tax? Now to me the clear solution is this: We should eliminate the death tax. It is an unfair tax. It is a tax that puts burdens on people when they do not need any more burden. It also creates an environment where people no longer want to save, they no longer want to work, there is no reason for them to, and we are not giving them an incentive. And we create an environment that hurts our economy, and hurts our small businesses and small farms all around this Nation.
