I strongly support this bipartisan measure introduced by Representative Kamlager-Dove and Representative Young Kim to advance the Young African Leaders Initiative.

Exceptions for humanitarian assistance should be a standard part of sanctions legislation.
Part of that support means ensuring these people have enough to eat and basic lifesaving medicine.
