Grace Meng is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing New York's 6th congressional district since 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, she made history as the first Asian American woman elected to Congress. Access to safe, affordable menstrual hygiene products is a basic need and a health care right for 51 percent of the U.S. population. It is a human right.
No girl--no one--should have to choose between their dignity or their education.
