I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 55, after line 11, add the following new section: SEC. 111. PUBLIC HOUSING HEATING GUIDELINES. Section 9 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437g), as amended by the preceding provisions of this Act, is further amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: ``(o) Public Housing Heating Guidelines.--The Secretary shall publish model guidelines for minimum heating requirements for public housing dwelling units operated by public housing agencies receiving assistance under this section.''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 594, the gentlewoman from New York (Ms. Meng) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from New York.
