PROTECTING MEDICAID, MEDICARE, SOCIAL SECURITY, AND SNAP. It is the sense of Congress that no measure should be enacted, nor executive action taken, that eliminates, restricts, or reduces access to, the level of, or Federal financial support for benefits or services owed to lawfully eligible individuals under Medicaid, Medicare, or Social Security programs, or the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
