“I might digress for a moment to say that the United States representation at the Holy See will never have been in better hands than with the Ambassador-elect. I am pleased to report this morning that the United States Association of Former Members of Congress Campus Fellowship Program is active, healthy, and delivering a bipartisan message to the campuses of America's universities. During this past academic year, the association cosponsored the program with the Stennis Center for Public Service in Mississippi.
