Political reconciliation in Baghdad must be central to U.S. policy.

Iran continues to support terrorism and sow instability in the Middle East.

The single most significant thing we could do to prevent further emboldening Iran in its actions in the region.

I believe that a nuclear agreement should not whitewash the fact that Iran remains a destabilizing actor in the region and funds terrorism.

And that's why Ranking Member Engel and I have a letter going to the President, signed by over 350 Members of Congress, demanding that the verifiable constraints on Iran's program last decades, not, as being discussed, a shorter period of…

We have worked very hard on this committee to have bipartisanship because both the chairman and I agree that if there is one place where we need bipartisanship more than any other place, it involves foreign policy.

I was driving in this morning and heard again the reports that Assad, who we seem to be somewhat cozying up to--I don't know why--has apparently dropped some more poison gas on the civilian population.

I, and many others, believe that we should be aiding Ukraine with--allowing them to have weapons to defend themselves.

Our investments in foreign assistance pay huge dividends in terms of our country's security, prosperity and values.

I have always been very fond of USAID and the wonderful work that USAID does.

What will the administration and USAID do to help Ukraine, including another round of loan guarantees or loans?

I have long felt that U.S. foreign aid should be increased.

In Ukraine, the events of the past year and the ongoing Russian aggression threatens the security and stability of the entire region.

It is time for strong and unwavering support of Ukraine. It is time for this right now.

If we can't begin to change minds, then the struggle over Ukraine today will become a generational struggle for the future of Eastern Europe.

I think that is actually very important. That China relationship is changing.

This is the right legislation, the right time, and I urge my colleagues to support it.

It is time to raise the costs on the Kim Jong-un government.

The North Korean people certainly deserve better than what they have.

The only way for the regime to ends its political and economic isolation is to abandon its current course.

I am deeply concerned by the 6-week delay announced earlier this month by the elected commission.
