The Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002 (Public Law 107-243; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note) is hereby repealed. The SPEAKER pro tempore. This portion shall be debatable for 1 hour equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs. The gentleman from New York (Mr. Engel) and the gentleman from Texas (Mr. McCaul) each will control 30 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New York.
