It is not only a mechanical matter, it is not only a fiscal matter, it is a moral matter, and whether or not we have the responsibility to balance the budget and pass on to our kids something that is as good as we had. Certainly the economics of it are very important, the economics in terms of the amount of interest we pay and all those things. But it is a moral imperative that we be responsible for what we are doing. If we are going to buy it, we have to pay for it.
