So, on a conservative estimate of $15 to $20 billion, but the other side of that coin, I would tell the gentleman, is that actions by this Government in regard to people who hold property put a burden on those private sector individuals to the tune of $15 to $20 billion. There was no discussion about priorities in terms of Government decisions. That is the problem.
