Republicans have been trying to intimidate Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice for this entire Congress. They created an entire subcommittee called the weaponization of the federal government so they could weaponize Congress in order to undermine the rule of law, undermine democracy, and undermine most importantly, every single investigation now prosecution against Donald Trump.
