If the RFA and 610 is actually effective and it can change rules, in your opinion, do you think that under the Waters of the U.S., for example, this broadened EPA designation that is hurting our agricultural community, do you think that an RFA Committee could actually strike down and narrow that definition under Waters of the USA that is hurting our farmers?
