The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule of the Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration titled ``Federal Acquisition Regulation: Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Climate-Related Financial Risk'' (87 Fed. Reg. 68312; published November 14, 2022). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1316, the gentlewoman from New York (Ms. Tenney) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
