I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out Executive Order 14019 (86 Fed. Reg. 13623; relating to promoting access to voting), except for sections 7, 8, and 10 of such Executive Order. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1316, the gentlewoman from New York (Ms. Tenney) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from New York.
