The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle C of title VIII, add the following new section: SEC. 860A. ADDITION OF DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED STAINLESS STEEL FLATWARE TO THE BERRY AMENDMENT. (a) In General.--Section 2533a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ``(3) Stainless steel flatware.''. (b) Effective Date.--Section 2533a(b)(3) of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), shall apply with respect to contracts entered into after the date occurring one year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
