Chuck Schumer is an American politician serving as the senior United States senator from New York since 1999. A member of the Democratic Party, he has held the position of Senate Majority Leader since January 2021, making him one of the most prominent figures in the U.S. Senate. Schumer previously served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1981 to 1999, representing New York's 9th congressional district. Not once has a Democratic candidate or a Republican candidate said that they lost their election by voter fraud using vote by mail.

I do not believe that the Supreme Court is going to say that it is illegitimate for Congress to consider whether foreign nationals are influencing our elections.

If this ruling is left unchallenged, if Congress fails to act, our country will be faced with big, moneyed interests spending, or threatening to spend, millions on ads against those who dare to stand up to them.
I believe that the Supreme Court's opinion in Citizens United is corrosive to our democracy.
