Well, Mr. Speaker, the chairman well knows that there was a time that both the gentleman and I thought that we could not accomplish things in conference that we were able to do. While it is true that we had to look at a potential veto that the President had in the last tax bill, nevertheless it motivated us to do things we never thought we would be able to accomplish, and I think the same situation exists here today.
