they cannot do this to the working people. It is just not fair to do it. If they are going out and paying taxes for clothes, for food, they do not care whether it is the city tax, the State tax, the Federal tax. These are working, proud people who do not want welfare. The President said, the bipartisan committee said, if you are working and you have kids, we want to help you. But now we are saying, we really did not mean you people who do not have the Federal liability; we cannot help you.
