I don't care what color they are. You send someone up here to defend this country or we're pulling out of here. And that's where we find ourselves today. At a time when we're looking for scientists and researchers and teachers and people to allow this country to maintain its greatness, we find people that were raised in the United States, salute the flag, the Pledge of Allegiance, the Star-Spangled Banner, the Boy Scouts; and these, for all practical purposes, we have invested in them. Now they want to pay back by becoming professionals. This is time for us not to retreat but move forward and support the DREAM Act.
