Mr. Chairman, I would yield to the chairman to respond to the question as to whether or not he can see his way clear to at least have in a conference report language as to how beneficial it could be to a community to be identified by who they are, rather than by just some Spanish-speaking Hispanic label. It just seems to me that the professionals would think that that could be a great addition as we attempt to use the data we have in the best way we can.
