I am glad that the last speaker is so young and vibrant that he may be able to share with the President his views. It was never intended that this tax would hit the people. That's why for 7 years the President never did anything to remove it. He never expected it to hit the people. That's why every year except this year he put it in the budget and expected the $50 billion. No one ever expected this to exist. That's why the Congressional Budget Office says we should be getting $50 billion. This argument is so persuasive, I can't wait to get home to explain it to my creditors.
