I want to take this time to thank the chairman for changing the pay- for for the TAA. I just wondered, after that very difficult and complex negotiation, why in the world they would tie that up with TPA. That means that those votes now, it is my understanding, procedurally, it would be one vote, and you won't have a chance to vote for TPA and TAA separately. I yield to the gentleman from Wisconsin.
