Charles Rangel: “I am today introducing legislation to give equitable treatment to the Nation's safety-net hospitals”

I am for national health insurance, but that doesn't mean to me that wealthy people can't kick it up to any notch they want for any other type of medical attention that they can afford.

Once again, Mr. Chairman, I thank you for your insight in using the Oversight Committee to help us wrestle with some serious national problems.
