all we are saying is that in this form of Government we do not make these determinations in the backroom. If our colleagues think that really is big corporations that is the beneficiary, then let us have hearings on it, let us bring the economists from Puerto Rico, let us bring the elected officials from Puerto Rico, let us bring the businesses, and let us do the right thing. But it is unfair for people who cannot vote not to have hearings here and just make the determination that the benefits go to the corporation. If our colleagues bring a bill out, we will talk about it.
