I rise in opposition to the point of order that has been made by the gentleman from New York and in support of the motion to recommit so that this body could have before it the question as to whether or not we can vote for censure

Because their testimony was so important, I wonder whether any of you have any suggestions to how this panel could be more effective in getting this message out to our country.
Once again, Mr. Chairman, I thank you for your insight in using the Oversight Committee to help us wrestle with some serious national problems.
