in closing, though, I would also like to point out that the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Ryan), a junior Member of the committee, spent considerable time working with us and working with us through the United States Trade Representative in order to make certain that we reached this conclusion, and I will be supporting this piece of legislation.
