Charles Rangel: “I don't know what happens when we get in this profit. I don't know--I have to trust the President.”

Once again, Mr. Chairman, I thank you for your insight in using the Oversight Committee to help us wrestle with some serious national problems.

Because their testimony was so important, I wonder whether any of you have any suggestions to how this panel could be more effective in getting this message out to our country.

We could bring a halt to this condition which is killing off American youth.
