“It is my understanding that the TAA complex pay-for has been taken care of under your leadership under the bill that is before us. My question was: Why in the world would you tie that up with TPA? When you accomplish one problem, it seems like you complicated that by not allowing the House to have two separate votes on two entirely separate issues.”
