I am asking as many that can to reject the idea of voting for articles of impeachment, because 25 years ago I had the opportunity to serve in this body when the question of impeachment was seriously taken up, in 1974, and I can tell you that we may use the type of language that sounds as though we are working within the Constitution, but this procedure is not on the level
