So it means that these people have a lot of compassion, but they give it to us a little bit at a time. Who knows, maybe the disabled veterans will get some political attention over there, and we will get another 15 days. How about the widows of those who died defending our country? How about the crippled, the veterans in the hospital? Oh, I know, you want to make Clinton change the rules. You do not want to do it at election time. You cannot do it with overriding a veto, and so what we are going to do is select who will receive their benefits. Do you think the United States Congress should be doing this? And of all of the committees that is doing this to the American people, it is the Committee on Rules. What substance jurisdiction do you have to select one group of Americans, people who serve their country, which groups you decide will receive their checks on time? And we get 15 days.
