Job creation is number one on the top of my list, and I would say job creation is the number one top of the list, the to-do list, of all Democrats.

I would say it is because of the policies of the Democratic Majority, most specifically the stimulus--the Economic Recovery Act.

If we had not taken the steps in the recovery we would be in a Great Depression, not a Recession, and this country would have lost 8.5 million jobs.

That's why the Democratic Congress passed the HIRE Act that gave incentive to small businesses and large businesses to hire unemployed workers with a tax credit.

I believe underscores the importance of the state aid package that was passed by the Senate yesterday.
