In this role, she has contributed to community dialogue on issues of public concern and sustained the spirit of civic participation so important to our nation's health and well-being.

I salute the life and work of Mr. William N. Hubbard and I ask my fellow Members of Congress to join me in recognizing Mr. Hubbard's contributions to the New York community and to our great country.

I ask that my colleagues rise with me in this tribute to the Pancyprian Association of America Dance Division, a group dedicated to bringing understanding, forming bonds and educating with dance and music.
