I think in the Trump White House there are no standard rules. Everybody's job is amped-up and more difficult, and that's because of the personality, the nature of the President and the way the President conducts himself.
If Trump returns to the White House, he will be tempted to go to the Oval. He can't do that.
Of course he should. He's the one who authorized the mission. The SEALs carried it out and the President deserves the credit for authorizing it.
